What are the categories of data processed by Proxaut srl and for what purposes?
We deal with the following categories of customer and supplier data: company name, legal form, registered office, legal representatives and contact persons (name, surname, e-mail address and telephone / fax numbers) and billing information.
These data are stored and processed where necessary:
- for the preparation and execution of a contract (including the management of the relationship with the client);
- for billing purposes and to offer our customers any additional services that may be of interest to them
Where do the data come from and how are the data processed?
The information processed was collected directly from the customer / supplier and from the respective contacts with the customer / supplier or through publicly available information sources, such as the customer / supplier website.
The transmitted data will be processed and stored with the guarantees of security and secrecy present in the GDPR and will be used for:
- Acquire pre-contractual data and information;
- Carry out the operations necessary for processing orders and other requests;
- Prevent and manage possible litigation;
- Manage the legal, administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
- Forward communications of various kinds and with different means of communication such as telephone, sms, fax, e-mail, paper mail.Data processing may be carried out in paper and electronic form with organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the provisions in force.
On what legal basis do we process data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the EU General Regulation 2016/679 for Data Protection (GDPR) and in particular:
- The art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, which allows processing for the purposes of stipulation and execution of contracts;
- The art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, which allows the processing for the protection of our legitimate interests, provided that there is no prior interest of the natural person concerned that prevents such treatment;
We also process personal data on the basis of the consent provided (Article 6 (1) (a) by the interested parties where necessary.The interested parties will be able to withdraw the consent at any time.This action will not have retroactive effect. will prevent the further processing of personal data of the subject on our part.The other regulations that allow the processing of data (Article 6 (1) (b) and Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) will remain unchanged.
With whom do we share the data provided? Where are personal data stored?
We share the personal information that allows identification with the recipients within Proxaut srl that must know this information for the performance of the functions and obligations and with third parties in charge of data processing on our behalf, as service providers, bound in turn by the contracts required by law on data protection, or to which Proxaut srl must provide information to fulfill its legal obligations.
Personal data is stored on the servers of Proxaut srl in the European Union.
How long are the data provided to Proxaut srl stored?
We retain personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described above and then delete them, in any case will be deleted in accordance with the retention periods required by law.
What obligations do we have towards you? We have an obligation to respond to your requests to know how and why we process your data, we also have the obligation to correct wrong data, integrate incomplete data and update data that is no longer accurate. Is data sharing or updating required?
Providing your data is a free choice. However, we are authorized to process the personal data of the subjects with whom we maintain contractual or pre-contractual relations, for the purposes of use specified above (see point 2 and point 4 above). The collection and processing of personal data is necessary to follow up the requested services as well as the provision of the Service and / or the supply of the requested Product. If the Data Subject does not provide the personal data expressly provided for as necessary in the order form or the registration form, the Data Controller will not be able to process the processing of the
requested services and / or the contract and the Services / Products connected to it, or to the obligations that depend on them.
Do the personal data provided are used for automatic decision-making processes?
In principle we do not use customer / supplier data for automatic decision-making processes as described in art. 22 of the GDPR.
Are the data used for profiling / scoring?
What are the rights of the interested party? Where can I file a complaint?
Article. 15 of the GDPR provides the right to be informed of the data in our possession relating to the subject.
In the presence of incorrect or outdated information, the subject has the right to request correction at any time, pursuant to art. 16 of the GDPR.
Furthermore, pursuant to art. 17 of the GDPR, the subject may have the right to request the cancellation of their personal data, in the absence of our greater powers or rights in favor of the continuation of the treatment.
Finally, pursuant to art. 18 of the GDPR, the subject has the right to restrict / limit the processing of personal data.
